🌿 The Pandemic Pause – and Rebirth

During the 2020 lockdown, Hong Kong came to a grinding halt. Our boutique coworking space in Quarry Bay, sustainably designed to be a hub for entrepreneurial collaboration and a home for entrepreneurs, was eerily quiet. It felt like the world had stopped.

Meanwhile, our Dragonfly Asia-Pacific teams in Ho Chi Minh City and Taiwan faced lockdowns and unprecedented disruption. Yet, thanks to strong leadership from our local leaders and an unrelenting belief in our mission, we navigated forward without letting a single team member go.

🌱 Pivoting with Purpose

Rather than stand still, we asked the question that drives momentum and shifts mindsets: What’s Next?

  • A single question from a rare event booking client “How did you create this eco-friendly office?” sparked The Green Office Project, now a standalone pillar and additional revenue stream where we leverage our in-house experience to help other businesses transform their offices to greener workspaces.
  • An unexpected outreach from an old colleague launched us into the spirits business, leading to the eventual creation of Spiritu HK, a now-independent distribution company with a growing portfolio of boutique beverage brands being imported and sold in Hong Kong.
