A dedicated desk provides a fixed, personalised workspace with lockable storage for the duration of your membership. A hot desk is an unassigned, shared workstation. You are welcome to select any available desk within a designated shared area upon arrival.
Our facilities are accessible to visitors and day pass users from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, excluding public holidays. Hot desk members with 24/7 access are welcome to stay beyond business hours as well as on weekends and public holidays.
Part-time members receive a personal access card granting 24/7 entry for up to 14 days per month. Access is not restricted to standard business hours; members may utilise the space before 9:00 am, after 6:00 pm, and on weekends without prior booking.
The Banyan Workspace address may be used for business cards. A 12-month membership agreement permits its use for business registration. For those unable to commit to a 12-month term, our virtual office service offers mail handling and a business address. Please contact us for further details.
You are welcome to dine in our space. We kindly request that you refrain from bringing food with strong odors and assist in maintaining the tidiness of the area after your meal. A fridge is available, as well as a microwave for reheating food.
To ensure a conducive environment for all members, phone calls and video conferences should be made from designated areas such as private phone booths or by booking available meeting rooms. This practice helps to minimise disruptions to others working in the co-working space.
