Yes. To provide ultimate flexibility for your business, our rooms are available for hourly rentals, as well as half-day and full-day packages. This allows you to pay only for the time you truly need.
Every room is a “plug-and-play” environment. You will have access to high-definition screens, seamless AV connectivity for hybrid meetings (Zoom/Teams), enterprise-grade Wi-Fi, and whiteboards for collaborative sessions.
We provide complimentary premium coffee, tea and water as standard. For breakfast meetings or lunch workshops, we offer a curated selection of catering menus from our local partners, ranging from light refreshments to full gourmet meals.
Our standard hospitality hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. However, we understand that global business often happens outside these hours; please contact us to discuss arrangements for early morning or evening sessions.
Absolutely. Our dedicated on-site team is here to assist with everything from technical troubleshooting and room configuration to greeting your guests, ensuring your event runs smoothly from start to finish.
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is as follows:
- More than 7 days’ notice: Full refund.
- 7 days to 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the total fee is charged.
- Within 24 hours: No refund.
- Rescheduling: Requests must be submitted in writing at least 72 hours (3 days) before your original date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must take place within 90 days of the original booking.
