Food and Sustainability Panel Discussion

Food and Sustainability Panel Discussion

NESS is organising a series of events from 22nd to 28th August 2022, including the Food and Sustainability Panel Discussion, to raise awareness for climate change and sustainable development in Hong Kong. They aim to mobilise the youth community and advance sustainable transition by operating as an interactive platform to gather ideas and inspire ideation for the wider community. Collaborating with social enterprises, businesses, and organisations, they have put up a wide range of amazing IN-PERSON sessions for you to gain a better understanding of climate change and its relation to us all.

Within the first 2 days, we are bringing back Hong Kong Climate Emergency Summit (HKCES) 2022 to turn knowledge into actions. It focuses on capacity building for youth aged 15-24 in taking environmental actions in various aspects. With workshops ranging from journalism, and policy response to digital communication and design thinking, we aim to showcase the diversity of climate action and enable them to find their own action. Supported by The British Consulate General, participants could also have a high-level dialogue with the Consulate General representative at HKCES.

The Food and Sustainability Panel Discussion will be taking place at Banyan Workspace. If you are interested in joining us, you may apply through the link below:
