ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Urmila Menon is a creative educator, writer and public speaker who believes in the power of stories to turn pain into purpose. As the founder of The Creative Wellness Project and with over a decade of cross-cultural teaching experience, she is on a mission to help people to build emotional resilience in high-pressure environments through accessible, transformative creative practices. She is an internationally exhibited artist and uses her art to advocate for inclusion for all and to amplify voices often unheard. Most recently, she has authored the #1 Amazon bestseller Color Coded: Finding Ourselves and Our Stories, an exploration of how lived experiences can be transformed into meaningful, scalable impact.
